River District
INCRIMINATING DOCUMENTS
You may have stumbled upon the quests in the River District called “Reclamation Specialists”. Certain "Adventures" mobs drop the quest granting Incriminating Documents and players will need to find five more in order to complete the quest. Turns out those adventurers are hard to find,
So far so good. These adventurer mobs don’t spawn consistently. At any time there seems to be a certain number of active groups, but the locations do cycle. The map above might not be 100% accurate.
